CONCEPT DESIGN + custom cost inquiry and booking of all of the services required for the event with guidance to choose the best vendor according to your needs. Setup coordination with all vendors in a single location exclusively. Does not include in person coordination of the program, itinerary of the day or personal assistant for the bride.

Recommended for couples who want to be completely worry-free from start to finish.
Includes: Concept Design + Total Design + Premium Wedding Day Coordination.
Premium Wedding Day Coordination:
Event day coordination for ceremony, cocktail party, and reception (up to two locations).
Agency representative attends as co-host to handle requirements, coordinate, and resolve issues with additional assistance staff.
Support for ceremony rehearsal (up to one hour) to verify itinerary with bridal party and family.
Line up and coordination of the wedding party for the ceremony, boutonnieres adjustment, aesthetic details, and coordination of ceremony exit.
Supervision of safe exit and timely transfer of the bride and groom after the ceremony.
Receiving and adjusting reception inventory (souvenirs, table assignment cards, reserved tables).
Support in transferring items from ceremony to reception.

EXCLUSIVE SERVICE / Mastery Urgency - starting $4K USD + 10% COMISSIONS THAT GET TO APPLY
UNA ALTERNATIVA QUE SE PUEDE ADAPTAR como paquete compacto y completo. Para aquellas parejas que requieren apoyo en la fase final de la planificación y/o se encuentran en una crisis no prevista. Servicio disponible desde 2 hasta un máximo de 4 meses antes de la fecha del evento. Limitado a la aprobación previa de los proveedores contratados, así como al avance del proceso y restringido a brindarse en ubicaciones exclusivas para la recepción del evento.
AN ALTERNATIVE THAT CAN BE ADAPTED as a compact and complete package. For those couples who require support in the final phase of planning and/or find themselves in an unforeseen crisis. Service available from 2 to a maximum of 4 months prior to the event date. Limited to prior approval of hired vendors, as well as to process progress done, and restricted to be provided at some exclusive venues for the reception of the event.

It's a guarantee that there are no fraudulent commissions charged to you.

There is no extra charge for services already included in your package. A 10% additional charge will only apply to the total contracted with vendors that require more than 30 days of direct communication, design follow up or re design after the first contact. Commissions must be paid in full no later than 30 days after your wedding date.

The contract is formalized with your signature and a down payment of 20% of the total quoted services16. The remaining balance is divided into monthly payments with mutually agreed-upon dates. All services must be fully paid one month before the event date.
